On the first floor are 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as a full-size washer and dryer. There are 2 Ocean Front bedrooms both with queen size beds and TVs. One of these bedrooms has its own connecting door to the full hallway bathroom with a bathtub/ shower unit. The other bedroom has a twin size bunk bed and a full-size futon, this room also has a TV.
With proper permitting you could also potentially build a dock and a pool. The second floor is fresh and light, decorated in pale blue and white with pops of red. The living room has 2 couches and a wicker rocker so everyone can gather around to catch up, play a game, or watch a movie on the smart TV. The dining room table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island for extra seating. The kitchen is open so the conversation and maybe a little wine can flow.
